Common questions

How do I accept an invite?

Open the invite email on your iPhone and tap the "Open RefSource" link. If you're on a desktop computer, the link will show a landing page with an option to open the app on your phone or copy the invite token.

I didn't receive my invite email.

Check your spam folder for an email from [email protected]. If it's not there, reply to the email you received from your tenant administrator, or contact [email protected].

My OTP code expired.

OTP codes expire after a short window. Tap "Resend" in the app to receive a new code. If the resend cooldown is active, wait the indicated time then try again.

How do I change my notification preferences?

Inside the RefSource app: tap Settings → Notifications. You can toggle email and (when available) push notifications per category.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Tenant administrators can also manage member access directly in the Admin Settings panel.
