My partner just texts me jobs, so why change?
Texts get buried. A RefSource referral arrives with photos, docs, and a voice note attached. Everything you need to act, in one place you both see.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be asked to pick a plan to keep accepting incoming referrals, negotiating terms, and using advanced reporting. You can still send referrals and invite partners without a plan, and nothing on your account is deleted while you decide.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings any time. No contract, no cancellation fee. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Is my customer list safe from my partners?
Yes. RefSource is built with strict per-tenant isolation. Your partners see only the referrals you send them, never your full customer list, your other partners, or your internal data.
Do my referral partners have to pay?
No. Partner shops use RefSource free, always. Only the shop managing the account and sending referrals pays for a plan.
How do partners join?
You invite them by email from inside RefSource. They accept, create a free account, and you're connected. No setup fee, no plan required on their end.
